Position Overview

In this role, the Client Success Manager will act as the primary liaison between our client and their valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with exemplary service and attention. They will inspire trust and support clients in achieving their financial goals while ensuring alignment with our client’s values and standards.

As a critical part of the client services ecosystem, the Client Success Manager will be passionate about working with financial planners and the client services team to deliver high-quality service and client delight. This position demands a proactive, highly organized, results-driven individual with a strong commitment to integrity and excellence, ready to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment and be excited by the missionary vocation of introducing fiduciary standards into the Middle East. In This Role You’ll

  • Develop and manage day-to-day relationships and service with clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their financial goals and needs.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Attend the annual review meetings with the financial advisers.
  • Lead the quarterly check-ins with clients.
  • Deliver truly cared-for service, exceeding all client expectations and adding meaningful value.
  • Effectively answer client queries, providing clear guidance and support.
  • Act as a proactive liaison between the client and the financial adviser.
  • Work closely with the Wealth Advice Associates and the Client Services team to ensure timely processing of all requests.
  • Manage work effectively and be very well organized.
  • Expand the client’s trust in our client by delivering exemplary service.
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to clients’ questions and requests.
  • Continuously seek improvement ideas to wow clients.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5–10 years of experience in client relationship management roles.
  • Commitment to always act in the client’s best interests.
  • Proven ability to develop client relationships.
  • Growth mindset and positive attitude.
  • Ability to communicate in clear, concise, and client-friendly terms.
  • Highly team-oriented work aptitude.
  • Self-motivated to complete responsibilities with limited supervision.
  • A unique ability/ something special.
  • Possess curiosity/ experience in finance and personal well-being, with the ability to simplify and explain investment structures and basic investments to clients.
  • Ability to thrive within a positive, candid, challenging, and collaborative environment—encouraging others to develop ways to work with them with a ‘How can WE’ mindset, increasing efficiency and effectiveness to better benefit clients.

The Process

  2. You’ll be invited for an initial 30-minute Teams/telephone interview with their HR team.
  3. Innermetrix and work-related assessments.
  4. 1–2 hour interview with the team leader and team members.
  5. Final 30-minute culture fit interview with a senior leader.
