My client in the UAE is a borderless IFA practice, designed to help experienced advisers grow their business. Their international advisers operate on a fee and commission basis with no ceiling on earning potential.
This opportunity is for those specifically resident in the UK-, with no prior UAE experience, who want to become trainee financial advisors and take the next step in their career becoming fully fledged and qualified UK financial advisors working in the offshore space.
The Trainee wealth managers role begins with learning how to generate activity, inbound and outbound leads for specific areas of financial planning our client specialize in.
You will be required to make a minimum of 100 calls daily, 1 booking a day, which is an absolute minimum.
You will be exposed to various facets of the business including investment management, paraplanning, client servicing, technical advice and much more.
There are monthly incentives you can qualify for based on your performance. You will start as a trainee and train for 24/36 months whilst doing your UK qualifications to become a financial adviser in one of our locations around the world.
The course starts with three months of structured training in our UK office with very qualified and experienced managers at your disposal before moving to our international Dubai office if we feel you are ready and have what it takes to pursue a career in wealth management.

TRAINING
- Weekly training schedule starting with the 12-week training course.
- Following this there will be a quarterly schedule with regular sessions throughout the full pathway.
- The program will teach you everything needed to progress from generating business to a Stand-alone Wealth manager.
Package – Year one
- 24,000 GBP Annual Salary
- 5% Gross Commission on 0- 100,000 GBP
- 10% Gross Commission on 100,000 GBP Plus. (Rolling 12 months)
- Visa and Medical provided once in Dubai.
Package – Year Two
- 26,400 GBP Annual Salary
- 10% Gross Commission on 100,000 GBP Plus. (Rolling 12 months)
- Visa and Medical provided once in Dubai.
Package – Year Three
- 28,800 GBP Annual Salary
- 10% Gross Commission on 100,000 GBP Plus. (Rolling 12 months)
- Visa and Medical provided once in Dubai.
